I work with individuals who want to understand what’s happening in their body and restore balance in a way that is practical, personalized, and sustainable.

Many of the people I support live with chronic stress, nervous system overload, or the long-term effects of trauma — often alongside physical symptoms that don’t seem to have clear answers.

My approach integrates functional medicine with holistic, trauma-aware care, focusing on root causes while supporting the whole system — body, mind, and nervous system — at a pace that feels safe and realistic.
